4. Acceptable Use

You must not misuse the service. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Using the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Submitting fraudulent, spam, or abusive content
  • Infringing on intellectual property rights
  • Attempting to interfere with the security or operation of the service, including introducing malware, probing, or scraping

5. Intellectual Property

Batool Bandar retains all ownership rights to the English Better Than Ever service, including its software, documentation, design, and branding. You retain ownership of the text you submit.

6. Service Availability

We strive to keep English Better Than Ever available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to factors beyond our control.

7. Payments & Billing

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

8. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to English Better Than Ever if you:

  • Materially breach these terms
  • Fail to pay for services

9. AI-Generated Content

English Better Than Ever uses AI to generate writing feedback and improvements. AI outputs may occasionally be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any content before use. The service is not a substitute for professional academic guidance.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Batool Bandar shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the service.
